Which payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Can I pay with PayPal?
We currently don't accept PayPal but will be looking to add this option soon.

(2) Shipping

How much will shipping cost?

UK - £1.50
EU - £2.50
US / CANADA - £3.00
ASIA - £3.50

These prices are for shipping one case only, please add 50p for every extra case in you order.

How long will it take for my case to arrive?
Estimated delivery times start from the day your case is dispatched.

Working days (Mon - Fri)

UK >> 2-4 working days

EUROPE >> 7-10 working days

USA >> 7-14 working days

REST OF WORLD >> 1-3 weeks

These are only estimates and sometimes delays can occur that are beyond our control.

My case hasn’t arrived yet what shall I do?
Please check the expected delivery times above, if the expected delivery date has passed please contact us and we will do everything we can to make sure you get your case.

I supplied the wrong address can you change it for me?
Yes we can change the address as long as we haven’t dispatched your case. contact us us as soon as you realise and we’ll change the address for you.

Is there a tracking number for my case?
We send all cases via Royal Mail air mail and no tracking numbers are supplied.

How long does it take to dispatch my case?
We look to make and ship within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of receiving your order.

(3) Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Do you accept exchanges?
We do accept exchanges, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your case. The cost of returning the case and sending the new one will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Cases will only be eligible for exchange if they are in a perfect unused and resalable condition.

Do you accept returns?
Returns are fine but you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your case for the return address. We won’t be able to accept any returns after 14 days. Returned cases must be in perfect unused condition, no chips or scratches. The original cost of sending you the case will not be refunded unless the product is faulty.

How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order then please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. If your order has already been dispatched then it will be too late to cancel and you will have to return for a refund.

I think I have a faulty case, can you help?
If you think you have a faulty case in anyway then please contact us with details of the problem. We will replace or refund any faulty products once they have been returned to us. We will cover all costs of returning any faulty products.
